DeAnna  Greenwood  a born Yankee moved to the Daytona Beach area in 2000 after having worked in real estate for  the previous 10 years in New Hampshire , attending  the University of New Hampshire and doing a tour overseas with the United States Army.

DeAnna brought with her two beautiful daughters, Kate and Abby who are local students here in Port Orange Florida where they chose to reside.

She came to the sun shine state with sales, marketing, negotiation, rental and business experience that would prove quickly to move her to the forefront of her career as a ReMax agent.

Having worked as a Remax consultant for the last decade has given DeAnna the title of the  # 1 Source for Real Estate in the Central East Florida area.


Her impressive knowledge of Volusia County and our economy has enabled her to succeed in specializing in not only luxury homes and condos but short sales, bank owned homes and foreclosures as well.

However her love is in relocations. With her Website reaching worldwide she has become Daytona’s residential relocation expert. In a full customer service mode as only DeAnna can do she walks hand and hand with each client and their families from the airport to the sale of their new home. Involving each family in their own personal knowledge of the area and their particular interests.

She will set up the car rental for you, book your hotel, or come and pick you up right at the airport to welcome you to our fair city. Giving each family personal attention she will give you tours of local communities and direct you to the best places to frequent based on your personal desires and hobbies.

DeAnna is a community minded individual that serves on the Women Council of Realtors governing board, International real estate committee, and has been very involved in the local schools by volunteering her time as a sunshine math tutor, reading instructor and planning designer for end of year graduation parties 3 years in a row. She is a member of Epiphany Church located in Port Orange and served as a Sunday school teacher. DeAnna is a member of the Arni Foundation ,Chamber of Commerce and Community Development, along with  the DARE/Teen Drug Prevention program. DeAnna donates monthly to the Children’s Miracle network.

In 2009 she and her business partner, Richard Allen, developed and became the founders of “ Volusia Kids” a nonprofit agency that directly benefits the children of Volusia county in need.

Her hobbies include but are not limited to,

Computers, reading, photography, baking, and design. She often finds herself heading up different events and enjoys it very much.

DeAnna speaks English and is a sign language interpreter. She is currently learning Spanish.
